Strategic Alignment

Preface
The strategic alignment program is designed for organisation to develop and/or inculcate strategic intend (Vision statement, Mission Statement and Core Values). The program will benefit the Organisation needs to communicate, inculcate and align staff individual aspirations and belief system to the organisation's strategic direction and intend. At the end of the program, participants are expected to form better understanding of the Vision / Mission / Core Values and operationalize the high level "statements" to personal level or working level.

Purpose:
This program can be tailored to address the following organisational needs:
  • Developing Vision & Mission Statement / Core Values
  • Cascading Vision & Mission Statement / Core Values 
  • Aligning individual aspirations to Corporate Vision & Mission statement,
  • Aligning individual belief system to Core Values
    Design
    This program incorporate combination of these elements
    • Personal discovery - uncovering personal aspiration and belief system
    • Organisation Communication - sharing of corporate strategic intend
    • Team building - forming shared purpose and sense of belonging
    Approach
    Depending on scope and learning objectives, this program can be conducted as workshop session or a team-building event.

    • Workshop - this approach is suitable for Developing or Cascading Vision / Mission / Core Values
    • Team Building event - this approach is suitable for alignment of individual to Vision / Mission / Core Values.
    Duration
    This program can be executed as a 1-day workshop or as 2-days 1-night team building event.

    Venue
    Off-site is recommended regardless of program design/duration. For the team-building option, we recommend residential off-site to ensure learning continuity.

    Fee
    Consultation/Facilitation charges subject to requested program design.

    Investment
    For budgeting purposes, the following cost items need to be include

    • Consultation/Facilitation fee (including training materials)
